I will remember that decoding and fluency need to be addressed with adolescents.

I want to share with our trained trainers and our new trainers how the Marzano research (the top ten) and how the literacy strategies to which we have attached ourselves and the Marzano's top ten match up.  I wanted to do that even before we came and I am so pumped that is one of the first things we did today.  I want us to be intentional about matching these strategies up with best practice of our super stars and the research.
