I think that the technologies shown would allow students to personalize their learning goals.  They would have opportunities to select how they want to demonstrate their learning.  Rubrics are available on rubistar to show achievement without alot of extra work for the teacher.  With the survey monkey, students could identify what information they already know and the particular objectives they want to know more about.
